Privacy Policy

Developing The Next Leaders™, Inc (“NL”) has established this comprehensive Privacy Policy which explains how NL collects, uses, and protects a party’s information and data (collectively the “Information”) which may be disclosed to NL by third parties (“Users”), and the choices Users have concerning NL’s use of such Information. This Privacy Policy is subject to all NL’s Terms of Use which is viewable by clicking on that.

By way of background, information is generally classified into 2 main categories, as follows:

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION [PII]:

PII refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who a User is and might include: the Users’ name, e-mail address, SS Number, payment information, etc. If any PII is disclosed, Users have the opportunity and option to choose (opt out) whether their Personal Identifiable Information is (1) to be disclosed to a third party or (2) to be used for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the User. For ‘Sensitive Personal Information’ [SPI], a User also has the opportunity and option to affirmatively or explicitly (opt out) or consent to the disclosure of the SPI for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the User.

NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION:

This information consists of general information that normally does not by itself identify a specific individual. For example, this information may include, by way of example, the User’s “URL” (Uniform Resource Locator), what browser a User is using, and a Users’ Internet Protocol (“IP”) address (collectively the ‘User Information’). If any such User Information is disclosed, NL has the right to freely use, license, sell, rent, or provide the User Information to a third party, either directly or through an NL affiliate.

Protecting the privacy of minors is especially important to us. For that reason we never knowingly collect or maintain information from those that we have actual knowledge that a User is a minor, and NL does not knowingly solicit any Information from minors.

NL will, at all times, use its best commercially reasonable efforts to comply with the intent of this Privacy Policy, and will not knowingly share any Information we collect with others in ways different from what is described in this Privacy Policy. However, as stated in our Terms of Use, under no circumstances does NL assume any responsibility or liability, financial or otherwise, to any User, person, entity or third party for any violations. Upon notice to NL of any actual violations of this Privacy Policy, NL will take immediate steps to correct the situation.

If a complaint or dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, we agree to use an independent dispute resolution process as stated in our Terms of Use to help resolve the complaint or dispute. If a User has any questions about this Privacy Policy or the practices described herein, he/she may contact Developing The Next Leaders by phone at: 860.490.6959, or via email at: colin.lake@outlook.com. NL may, from time to time, update or modify this Privacy Policy and such updates/edits become immediately effective when posted.
