Letter From Founder Colin Lake
My name is Colin Lake. I am President of Developing the Next Leaders and have enjoyed 20+ years of external sales leadership experience. The reason for this letter is, the art of selling has created many amazing experiences, allowed me to meet incredible people and appreciate the value of consistent learning.
In 2016, along with a few trusted colleagues, we founded Developing the Next Leaders, a 501(c)(3) and consulting business. With an exclusive effort on working to make positive changes in the sales and service industry our goals are lofty but our processes are proven.

We work each day to identify retiring men and women from their service of our country and create a guide path for them to enter the financial services industry. Many investment firms look to hire ex-military for their discipline and patriotism. We make that process easier by training and developing these future leaders.
